Yes! We have an official drop-off point located in Oxford, Summertown called Mailboxes Etc. for anyone who would like to drop something off to us in Oxford, and you can drop off and collect from our office in Caerphilly.
Once the work has been finished we will then contact you to let you know it's all ready to collect.
As it saves us time and money if you drop off and collect we’ll give you a £10 discount on your labour!
For remote and telephone support, and for any of our range of Cloud based services, such as web hosting, email accounts, managed anti-virus and more, we can provide these to anywhere in the world with an internet connection!

Yes! We understand the needs of both home users and small business users and can provide all the right support and help for both.
For example, we understand how to provide a good home network and WiFi setup, and are also able to provide a high grade business network, with secure public WiFi access for offices and retail outlets, such as cafes, pubs and shops.
For remote desktop and telephone support we charge £20 inc vat per quarter hour, which is the most economic type of support and can be delivered very quickly, usually at the time you call.
If you would like to drop your computer off for the work to be done and then collect it afterwards from our official drop off and collection point in Summertown, Oxford, or our office in Caerphilly, then we'll give you a £10 discount!
We do a large range of fixed price work/services, which you'll see marked on the relevant product pages. Where possible, we give you a fixed price for all the work we do, so that you know the total cost before we start. This allows you to budget and no surprise bills!
We charge £80 inc vat for a on-site visit*, which includes the first whole hour of labour in your home or business. The majority of simple jobs are completed in this time. After that we charge £20 per quarter hour including vat, or part thereof. We like to keep our charges simple and straight forward, without any hidden extras.
If any equipment or upgrades are needed we can arrange these for you at an extra cost. You may also supply these yourself if you wish.
