There's a great feature in Safari on the iPad and iPhone that can help you keep track of websites that you want to come back to regularly. It's called Reading List and it also allows you to read the website as it was when you stored it, even if you don't have an Internet connection on your device.
To get started with Reading List, simply follow the instructions below:
Once you've found a page that you'd like to keep coming back to, simply tap the Share icon at the top of the screen.

Then, on the window that pops up, tap on Add to Reading List.

Now, when you're in Safari you can just tap on the Book icon at the top left of the screen, then tap on the Reading List icon and you'll see the websites that you've saved. Simply tap on the saved page that you'd like to revisit.

The process on the iPhone is very similar, tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on Add to Reading List.

When you want to go back to the site, tap on the Book icon next to the Share icon, then tap on Reading List.
